about

Antonia Pinter is a sculptor and jeweler. Chase Biado is a painter. Together they make up A History of Frogs, a loose ever evolving collaborative project. Pinter and Biado call AHOF a “morphology,” as an experiment in form—destabilized through play-logic to find new relationships between peoples and objects. The object conceptualized as evolving and fluid, hologram and hybrid. AHOF’s varied output includes sculpture, jewelry, clothing, tableware, furniture, and publishing. AHOF has shown at Marta Gallery, Los Angeles, Dimin, New York, the Herbert Art Museum as a part of Coventry Biennial, Coventry UK, Jacqueline Sullivan Gallery, New York, Noon Projects, Los Angeles, Massey Klein Gallery, New York, BozoMag, Los Angeles, and The Valley, Taos, among others.
